What is a cafe bar?

Cafe bar ... Is it a cafe or a bar? However, it is a hard business model in which cafes and lunches are open during the day and bars are open at night. Of course, it is difficult to do it alone, so I think it is necessary to coordinate the staff in the daytime and nighttime sections. It's easy to see how difficult it is when you think about devising menus, developing new services, and purchasing materials. Therefore, we will proceed with our work while thinking about how to reduce the burden on our clients as much as possible.

So what is the actual design and design points of the cafe bar? We do our best to make the client's business successful, but as an interior contractor, we still don't think it's 50:50. Consider the interior design depending on which sales are the main sales. If the bar is the main sales, we will consider a design that is closer to the bar, and if the sales of the cafe are the main sales, we will propose a design that is closer to the cafe. However, both of them are open at the cafe bar, so I think it's just a "close-up".

Since drinks are mainly served, we will focus on setting it higher and increasing the number of seats, but when it comes to cafes, considering lunch, a slightly wider counter is preferred. It is important to secure a property that is commensurate with that, but it seems that labor costs will be higher than I thought about allocating staff day and night. In addition, it is not possible to aim for a very high unit price in terms of commercial materials, so it is popular in other industries to finish the construction cost as low as possible at first and then upgrade it later by remodeling.
